Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers the services rendered by the assigned Sales Executive for the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025. All services were performed in and around Kenya Nairobi unless otherwise stated in the line-item descriptions.
2. The Sales Executive named in this Invoice is employed by Apex Business Solutions Ltd. and is not an employee or agent of Savanna Retail Group (K) Ltd. The relationship is strictly that of a service provider and client as governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed on 01 March 2025.
3. All amounts are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). VAT has been applied at the standard rate of 16% in compliance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) regulations. Withholding tax has been deducted at source at 5% as required by the Income Tax Act, 2015 of Kenya.
4. Disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) business days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice and the services described herein.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be re-issued with updated tax calculations if applicable.
6. Apex Business Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to reassign the Sales Executive with a minimum of 14 days written notice, subject to the replacement meeting or exceeding the competency profile outlined in the MSA.
