Invoice Notes and Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Meridian Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. for the professional services rendered in connection with the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of a Sales Executive for Prestige Retail Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. All services were delivered in and around Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) dated 20 May 2025.
The Sales Executive placed under this Invoice is subject to a minimum 12-month engagement period. The replacement guarantee (Ref 04) is valid only if the Sales Executive departs within the first 90 calendar days from the official start date. Any subsequent replacement after this period will be billed at the standard recruitment fee of MYR 12,500.00 plus applicable SST.
All training materials, CRM access credentials, and performance reports generated under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the respective parties as outlined in the master service agreement. The Sales Executive's employment relationship is solely between the client and the employee; Meridian Business Solutions acts exclusively as a recruitment and management consultancy.
This Invoice is subject to the laws of Malaysia and governed by the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Malaysian Mediation Centre guidelines before proceeding to litigation.
