Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 01 March 2025 between Golden Pagoda Business Solutions Co., Ltd. and Yangon Metropolitan Retail Group for the provision of Sales Executive services in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below.
- Bank: KBZ Bank, Kamayut Branch, Yangon, Myanmar | Account Name: Golden Pagoda Business Solutions Co., Ltd. | Account No: 00100123456789
- Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance as per Myanmar commercial law.
- All Sales Executive services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the confidentiality clauses outlined in Section 7 of the master agreement.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 10 business days of receipt. Unresolved disputes will be arbitrated in Yangon, Myanmar under the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
Additional Notes
Please note that the Sales Executive team assigned to this engagement operates exclusively within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area, including Kamayut, Hlaing, Insein, and East Yangon townships. Any services required outside this geographic scope will be invoiced separately.
The Sales Executive performance metrics referenced in Line Item 3 are based on the CRM platform (Salesforce) deployed at the client's Myanmar Yangon headquarters. Access credentials were provided under the data sharing addendum signed in April 2025.
This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the May 2025 service period. The next Invoice for June 2025 Sales Executive services will be issued on or before 05 July 2025.
All rates quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. Exchange rate reference: 1 USD = 5,150 MMK (as of 15 June 2025, Central Bank of Myanmar rate).
