The Sales Executive services described herein are governed by the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025, executed in Peru Lima.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment in accordance with the commercial terms established in the master service agreement between Andes Corporate Solutions S.A.C. and Horizonte Retail Group S.A.C., both entities registered and operating in Peru Lima.
2. The Sales Executive personnel referenced in this Invoice are engaged as independent contractors under the supervision of Andes Corporate Solutions S.A.C. The client retains no direct employment relationship with the Sales Executive staff. Any modifications to the scope of Sales Executive duties must be approved in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) of Peru, calculated on a daily basis from the due date until full settlement.
4. All services rendered by the Sales Executive team in the Peru Lima region are subject to the applicable Peruvian labor and commercial regulations. The IGV (18%) applied on this Invoice is in compliance with the Peruvian tax code administered by SUNAT.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Sales Executive engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Peru Lima, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
