Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice covers professional services rendered by the designated Sales Executive and supporting Sales Executive team members for the month of May 2025. All services were performed in accordance with the scope of work outlined in Contract No. NB-2025-0031, executed in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
2. The Sales Executive assigned to this engagement operated under the direct supervision of the client's regional director. All deliverables, including sales reports, client presentations, and market analyses, were submitted to the client's office in Saint Petersburg by the 5th business day of the following month.
3. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The VAT amount of 20% is calculated in accordance with Article 164 of the Russian Tax Code. A formal VAT invoice (schet-faktura) will be provided separately for the client's tax documentation purposes.
4. The client acknowledges that the Sales Executive services described herein are non-refundable once rendered. Any disputes regarding the quality or scope of services must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) business days of the Invoice issue date.
5. All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice and the associated Sales Executive engagement is handled in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
6. This Invoice is valid for payment within the stated due date. After the due date, the Invoice will be reissued with applicable late-payment penalties, and the original Invoice number will be voided.
