Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025 between Apex Sales Solutions Ltd and Northwest Retail Group PLC, both registered in the United Kingdom.
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of £50,492.20 is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments will attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- All Sales Executive services described herein were delivered in compliance with the UK Working Time Regulations 1998, the Equality Act 2010, and applicable employment law in the United Kingdom. The Sales Executive personnel engaged under this contract are employed by Apex Sales Solutions Ltd and are not agents of the client.
- Payment should be made via BACS transfer to the account details specified above. Please quote Invoice number INV-2025-00487 in the payment reference to ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice or the Sales Executive services rendered must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom, in accordance with the governing law clause of the MSA.
- This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document for VAT purposes in the United Kingdom. A copy of this Invoice, along with the corresponding VAT receipt, will be made available upon request for the client's accounting records.
- Apex Sales Solutions Ltd reserves the right to adjust the scope of Sales Executive engagements with thirty days' written notice. Any such adjustments will be reflected in a subsequent Invoice or credit note as appropriate.
