This Invoice covers all Sales Executive services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025 in the Uzbekistan Tashkent region. All rates are quoted in Uzbek Som and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.
Please reference Invoice number SRBS-2025-00487 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as per the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- All Sales Executive services described in this Invoice have been performed in accordance with the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025 between Silk Road Business Solutions LLP and Central Asia Trade & Commerce JSC.
- The Sales Executive engagement is subject to the confidentiality clauses outlined in Section 7 of the master agreement. All client data, pricing structures, and market intelligence generated in Uzbekistan Tashkent remain the exclusive property of the client.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Centre of the Tashkent Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Uzbekistan, in accordance with its rules of procedure.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Sales Executive services are provided in full compliance with the Tax Code of Uzbekistan and all applicable local regulations in Tashkent.
- Payment must be made in Uzbek Som (UZS) to the bank account specified above. International wire transfers are accepted but subject to applicable exchange rate conversions at the National Bank of Uzbekistan's daily rate.
- Failure to settle this Invoice by the due date of 30 June 2025 may result in suspension of ongoing Sales Executive services and escalation to formal collection procedures.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document. Any amendments or corrections must be issued as a formal credit note or revised Invoice by Silk Road Business Solutions LLP.
