Invoice Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement (Ref: SES-HCM-2025-019) governing the provision of Sales Executive services within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and its surrounding metropolitan areas.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated under Vietnamese commercial law.
- All Sales Executive services rendered under this Invoice have been performed in full compliance with the applicable Vietnamese labor regulations and professional conduct standards for the Ho Chi Minh City business district.
- The VAT amount is calculated at the standard rate of 10% as mandated by the General Department of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The withholding tax deduction applies per Circular 103/2014/TT-BTC for cross-border service fees.
- This Invoice must be presented together with the official Vietnamese VAT invoice (Ho so) issued by the tax authority for reimbursement and accounting purposes.
- Any disputes regarding the charges listed on this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) business days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the billed amounts.
