Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) dated 28 April 2025 between Harare Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and Chiedza Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing support of a Sales Executive in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under Zimbabwean commercial law.
- The Sales Executive placement is subject to a 90-day performance guarantee. Should the Sales Executive fail to achieve the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the probationary period, a replacement Sales Executive will be provided at no additional charge to the client.
- All services rendered in Zimbabwe Harare are subject to the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) tax regulations. The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) applied on this Invoice is in full compliance with the Zimbabwean fiscal framework.
- This Invoice must be referenced in all correspondence and payment remittances. Please quote Invoice No: HBS-2025-00847 on your bank transfer or cheque.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Zimbabwe.
