Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-BD-DHK-0347 in your payment remittance. All payments for this School Counselor engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka must be settled within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per the service agreement signed on 1 January 2025.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all School Counselor professional services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 31 May 2025 at Green Valley International School, located in the Uttara sector of Dhaka, Bangladesh. All counseling sessions, workshops, and programs listed above were conducted in accordance with the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) guidelines for student welfare in Bangladesh Dhaka educational institutions.
2. The School Counselor, Dr. Farhana Rahman, is a licensed professional registered with the Bangladesh Association of School Counselors (BASc) and holds a valid professional license number BASc/2019/0452. All services described in this Invoice comply with the Bangladesh Education Act 1991 and the National Education Policy 2010 regarding student psychological support.
3. Confidentiality: All student records, case files, and counseling notes generated during the engagement are the exclusive property of the School Counselor and the school administration. No information contained in this Invoice or related documentation shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties, in compliance with data protection standards applicable in Bangladesh Dhaka.
4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001. The jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall apply.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the School Counselor reserves the right to re-evaluate rates based on prevailing economic conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
6. The School Counselor services described herein are non-refundable once sessions have been conducted. Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges for no-show sessions.
