Payment Terms & Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book IX, Title I) and the applicable regulations of the Brussels-Capital Region governing the provision of educational and psychological support services. The School Counselor services described herein were rendered at the premises of the client institution located in Belgium Brussels, and all professional standards set forth by the Belgian Association of School Counselors have been observed.
Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue, as stipulated in the service agreement dated 1 January 2025. Please remit payment via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above, referencing Invoice No. BE-2025-SC-0472. In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Royal Decree of 16 January 1991 shall apply, in addition to a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs, as permitted under Belgian law.
All School Counselor sessions were conducted in compliance with the professional confidentiality obligations under the Belgian Penal Code (Article 458) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as implemented in Belgium. Student records and assessment reports remain the property of the client institution and are stored in accordance with the data protection policies of the Brussels-Capital Region.
