Payment Terms & Important Notes
Payment Method: Bank transfer to the account of Dr. Marie-Claire Mwamba, Bank: BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo), Account No. 0012-3456-7890-12, SWIFT: BCCOCD2KIN. Alternatively, payment may be made in Congolese Francs (CDF) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of settlement.
Due Date: This Invoice must be settled in full no later than 30 June 2025. A late payment surcharge of 2% per week will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the service agreement between the School Counselor and Collège Saint-Exupéry de Kinshasa.
Scope of Services: All services listed on this Invoice were rendered by the undersigned School Counselor in compliance with the ethical standards of the Congolese Association of School Counselors (ACCE) and the regulatory framework of the Ministry of National Education in DR Congo Kinshasa. Confidentiality of all student records is maintained per national data protection guidelines.
Dispute Resolution: Any questions or disputes regarding this Invoice should be directed to the billing office of the School Counselor within 14 calendar days of the issue date. Unresolved matters will be referred to the educational arbitration panel in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
Reference: This Invoice is issued under Service Contract No. CSE-KIN-2025-012, effective 01 January 2025 through 31 December 2025, governing the provision of ongoing School Counselor services to the institution.
