Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 01 April 2025 between the School Counselor and Alexandria International Bilingual School for the provision of student counseling and psychological support services within Egypt Alexandria.
2. All counseling sessions conducted by the School Counselor are subject to strict confidentiality protocols as mandated by the Egyptian Ministry of Education and the Egyptian Psychological Association. No student records will be disclosed without written parental consent.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service contract.
4. The School Counselor reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations by the client institution within 24 hours of a scheduled session will be billed at 50% of the session rate.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the VAT amount may be subject to recalculation based on prevailing Egyptian tax rates.
6. All services rendered by the School Counselor in Egypt Alexandria comply with the standards set forth by the Egyptian National Council for Mental Health and the Alexandria Governorate Education Directorate.
