Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers the full academic year 2024–2025 for the services rendered by the School Counselor, Dr. Claire Moreau, at Collège Jean Moulin in France Lyon. Payment is to be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account specified below within 30 days of the Invoice date. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce).

Terms and Conditions
1. The School Counselor shall maintain full professional confidentiality in accordance with the French Code de Déontologie des psychologues and the GDPR (RGPD) regulations in force in France Lyon. All student records shall be stored in encrypted digital format and paper files locked in the designated counseling office at the school premises.
2. The services outlined in this Invoice are subject to the professional standards set by the Ordre des Psychologues and the specific contractual agreement dated 1 August 2024 between the School Counselor and the Direction of Collège Jean Moulin.
3. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately with a supplementary Invoice issued within 15 business days of service delivery.
4. The School Counselor reserves the right to refer students to external specialists (psychiatrists, social workers, or the Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées in Lyon) when clinical needs exceed the scope of school-based counseling.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any jurisdictional disputes shall be referred to the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon.
