Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice represents the final and complete accounting of all School Counselor services rendered during the 2024–2025 academic year at the specified institution in France Marseille. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts stated herein.
2. The School Counselor, Dr. Claire Fontaine, holds a valid professional license issued by the French Ministry of National Education and is registered with the regional counseling board for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, with primary practice location in France Marseille.
3. Any disputes regarding the services itemized in this Invoice shall be resolved through the mediation process established by the Académie d'Aix-Marseille before any legal proceedings are initiated.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue, in compliance with French commercial record-keeping requirements (Code de Commerce, Article L123-22).
5. The School Counselor reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice in the event of a clerical error. Any such correction will be communicated in writing within five business days of discovery.
