Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is expected on or before 30 June 2025 to avoid any late-payment surcharge as per the school's fee policy in Mumbai, India.
2. The School Counselor services listed in this Invoice are confidential. All session notes, assessment reports, and progress documentation are maintained in strict accordance with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 (India) and the school's data privacy policy.
3. A 5% late fee will be applicable if payment is not received by the due date. This Invoice does not include any additional ad-hoc counselling sessions that may be requested after the due date.
4. In case of any discrepancy in the line items or amounts listed in this Invoice, please contact the School Counselling Department within 7 working days of receipt.
Terms & Conditions of Service – School Counselor, St. Xavier's International School, India Mumbai
- All School Counselor services are subject to the school's academic calendar and may be rescheduled in case of public holidays, school events, or emergencies as declared by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
- The School Counselor reserves the right to refer the student to an external child psychologist or psychiatrist if the case exceeds the scope of in-school counselling. Any such external referral fees are not covered under this Invoice.
- Payment can be made via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, bank transfer, or demand draft payable to "St. Xavier's International School" at any SBI branch in Mumbai, India.
