Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 1st April 2025 between GreenPath Counselling Services and St. Andrew's Academy, Nairobi, Kenya.
- All School Counselor services rendered are subject to the confidentiality standards set forth by the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and the Code of Ethics for Counselling Practitioners in Kenya.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under Kenyan commercial law.
- All student records, session notes, and case files remain the confidential property of the School Counselor and the institution. No records shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both the student (or guardian) and the school administration.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
- This Invoice constitutes a final account for the service period indicated. Any additional services rendered outside the agreed scope shall be invoiced separately upon prior written approval.
- GreenPath Counselling Services operates as a registered entity in Kenya Nairobi and is fully compliant with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax obligations, including the submission of e-TIMES filings for this transaction.
