Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the National Bank of Kuwait (NBO), Account No. 0045-8821-3344, in the name of Al-Nahda Educational Counseling Center, Kuwait Kuwait City.
Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law. The School Counselor reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the due date stated on this Invoice.
All services rendered by the School Counselor are subject to the terms outlined in the Annual Service Agreement (Ref: SC-KWT-2025-0012) executed between the parties in Kuwait Kuwait City.
Confidentiality: All student records and counseling notes remain the property of the School Counselor and the client institution. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in accordance with Kuwaiti privacy regulations.
Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers all School Counselor services rendered during the month of June 2025 at Al-Rawdha Private School, Kuwait Kuwait City. The School Counselor, Mr. Khalid Al-Mutairi, confirms that all sessions were conducted in full compliance with the Kuwait Ministry of Education guidelines for student counseling services.
