Payment Terms and Important Notes
This Invoice is issued by Harmony Mind & Learning Centre for the professional School Counselor services rendered to Sri Pelangi International School during the month of June 2025. All services were delivered at the school premises located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the terms stipulated in Contract Reference SPS-SC-2025-003.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 15 July 2 bank transfer to the account details below.

- A 3% early payment discount is applicable if the full amount is settled within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date.

- All School Counselor sessions and records are governed by the Malaysian Code of Ethics for Counsellors (BEM) and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Confidentiality of all student records is strictly maintained.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No. HM-2025-00847 in all correspondence and remittances.
