Payment Method: Bank transfer to Yangon International Counseling Center, CB Bank, Account No: 0012-3456-7890, Branch: Strand Road, Yangon, Myanmar. Please reference Invoice No. SC-YGN-2025-0472 in your transfer remarks.
Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full by 30 June 2025. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to outstanding balances after the due date, in accordance with the Service Agreement signed between the School Counselor and Yangon Foreign International School.
Confidentiality Clause: All student records, psychological assessment data, and counseling session notes referenced in this Invoice are protected under the Myanmar Education Law and the professional ethical code of the Myanmar Association of School Counselors. No individual student information is disclosed in this billing document.
Service Period: This Invoice covers professional School Counselor services rendered between 02 June 2025 and 14 June 2025 at the Yangon Foreign International School premises and the Yangon International Counseling Center office in Myanmar Yangon.
Dispute Resolution: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice should be communicated in writing to the undersigned School Counselor within seven (7) business days of the issue date. Both parties agree to resolve any billing disputes through mutual consultation before escalating to formal arbitration under Myanmar commercial law.
