Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned School Counselor, Dr. Anisha Shrestha, in accordance with the professional counseling services agreement signed between the School Counselor and Shree Himalaya Secondary School, Nepal Kathmandu, dated 1 Baisakh 2081 (1 April 2024). All services rendered under this Invoice were conducted within the premises of the school located in the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal, and in compliance with the Nepal Education Act and the National Council for Education, Research and Innovation (CERI) guidelines for student welfare.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Nepal's commercial lending norms.
- All counseling sessions documented in this Invoice were conducted in strict adherence to the ethical code of the Nepal Association of School Counselors (NASC). Student confidentiality is maintained in full compliance with Nepal's data protection regulations.
- The School Counselor reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any service line item require correction or amendment within 7 days of the original issue date.
