Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the applicable professional services agreement between the parties.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum as permitted under the New Zealand Consumer Credit Act 2003.
- All counselling services provided by the School Counselor are subject to strict confidentiality obligations under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. No student records or case notes will be disclosed without written consent from the student's parent, guardian, or the student (if aged 16 or over).
- The School Counselor is registered with the New Zealand School Counselling Association and holds current professional indemnity insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate is available upon request.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved in accordance with the Disputes Standard under the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand) or through the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal.
