Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract WCHS-2025-SC-012) between Wellington Student Wellbeing Services and Wellington Central High School for the provision of School Counselor services in the Wellington region of New Zealand.
- All services rendered by the School Counselor are conducted in full compliance with the New Zealand Education Act 1989, the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, and the Privacy Act 2020. Student confidentiality is maintained at all times in line with professional counselling ethics as set by the New Zealand Counselling Association (NZCA).
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum as permitted under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- All rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the School Counselor's professional expertise, travel within the Wellington urban area, and standard administrative overheads. Travel to locations outside the Wellington City Council boundary will be billed at an additional rate of $2.50 per kilometre.
- The School Counselor reserves the right to refer students to external specialist services (psychologists, psychiatrists, or community health providers) where the scope of counselling services is exceeded. Any such referrals will be communicated to the school administration in writing prior to implementation.
- This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of 1 May 2025 to 31 May 2025. Any additional services requested outside the contracted hours will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the school principal.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice or the services provided should be directed in writing to the undersigned School Counselor within ten (10) business days of the Invoice date. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or the Ministry of Education's provider relations team in Wellington.
