Important Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice covers all School Counselor professional services rendered during the month of May 2025 at the client institution located in Lima, Peru. All services were delivered in compliance with the ethical standards established by the Peruvian College of Psychology and the Ministry of Education guidelines for school-based counseling professionals.
2. All student records, session notes, and confidential documentation generated by the School Counselor remain the property of the institution and are subject to the data protection provisions of Peruvian Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law). No information will be disclosed to third parties without written parental or legal guardian consent.
3. The School Counselor reserves the right to refer students to external specialized mental health providers in Lima when clinical needs exceed the scope of school-based counseling. Any such referrals will be communicated to the school administration in writing within 48 hours.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, the School Counselor reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until payment is confirmed in full.
5. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein, the parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation in the courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code.
