Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 01 September 2024 between Al Noor Educational Consulting LLC and Al Rayyan International School, Doha, Qatar, governing the provision of School Counselor services for the 2024–2025 academic year.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Issue Date stated above. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatar's commercial regulations.
- All School Counselor services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in Article 7 of the master agreement. Student records and counseling notes shall not be disclosed to any third party without written parental consent, except where mandated by Qatar law.
- The School Counselor, Mr. James A. Whitfield, holds a valid professional license issued by the Qatar Education Development (QED) authority and maintains professional liability insurance with Doha-based underwriters.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Qatar International Court and Arbitration Centre (QICAC) in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with its rules of procedure.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of services rendered for the period 02 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. No additional charges shall apply beyond the amounts specified herein.
Important Notes
Please note that the School Counselor services described in this Invoice were delivered in full compliance with the Qatar National Vision 2030 educational pillars and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) guidelines for student psychological support in private and international schools operating in Doha, Qatar. All sessions were conducted in both English and Arabic as required by the school's bilingual policy. The early payment discount of 2% applies only if the full amount of 30,429.00 QAR is received by 25 June 2025. After this date, the full subtotal of 31,050.00 QAR shall be payable without reduction.
