Terms and Conditions – School Counselor Services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh
- This Invoice represents professional School Counselor services rendered in accordance with the contractual agreement dated 1 April 2025 between Dr. Sarah Al-Mutairi and Riyadh International Academy, both operating within Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All counseling services provided by the School Counselor are conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Education regulations, the Saudi Council of Health Specialties (SCFHS) ethical guidelines, and the data protection standards mandated by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- Confidentiality of all student records, session notes, and personal information is maintained in strict accordance with Saudi Arabia Riyadh educational privacy policies. No student-identifying information will be disclosed without written parental or guardian consent, except where required by law.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as permitted under Saudi Arabia commercial law. The School Counselor reserves the right to suspend services upon non-payment beyond thirty (30) days.
- All services listed in this Invoice were performed at the Riyadh International Academy premises or at the Al-Riyadh Educational Consulting Center office located in the Al-Olaya District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise noted.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated School Counselor services shall be resolved through the Riyadh Commercial Court in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated terms subject to the prevailing VAT rate in Saudi Arabia.
- The School Counselor is a licensed professional registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and holds a valid practice license for providing educational and psychological counseling services in the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia.
