Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via bank transfer to the account detailed below. Late payments beyond the due date will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per the service agreement between the School Counselor and the institution. Please reference the Invoice number SC/CLB/2025/0047 on all correspondence and remittances.

1. All counseling services listed in this Invoice were delivered by the undersigned School Counselor in accordance with the Sri Lanka Code of Ethics for School Counselors (2022 revision) and the institutional service-level agreement dated 01 January 2025.
2. Student confidentiality is maintained in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Sri Lanka. No student-identifying information is included in this Invoice document.
3. This Invoice covers services rendered exclusively at the St. Joseph's College campus in Sri Lanka Colombo. Any off-site workshops, home visits, or tele-counseling sessions are billed separately.
4. The School Counselor reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any service hours be disputed. Disputes must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of this Invoice.
5. This document constitutes a valid tax invoice for the purposes of the Inland Revenue Department, Sri Lanka, and may be used for institutional financial reporting and audit purposes.
