Terms & Conditions
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Level Agreement between Eleanor Whitfield School Counseling Services and St. Aldhelm's Academy, Birmingham, United Kingdom, effective from 1 September 2024.
2. All services are subject to the BACP Code of Ethics and Professional Standards. The School Counselor maintains full professional indemnity insurance with a cover limit of £5,000,000, as required for practice in the United Kingdom.
3. Confidentiality of all student and parent information is maintained in line with UK data protection legislation. No identifiable student data will be disclosed to any third party without written consent, except where required by law or safeguarding obligations under the Children Act 1989 and the Working Together to Safeguard Children guidance.
4. Disputes arising from this invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of England and Wales, with Birmingham as the agreed jurisdiction.
5. This invoice constitutes a legal document for the purposes of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) compliance and must be retained by the school in accordance with UK tax record-keeping requirements.
