The School Counselor reserves the right to suspend services if payment remains overdue beyond 14 days past the due date.

Service Location: All School Counselor services referenced in this Invoice were delivered at the St. Aldate's Academy premises in Manchester, United Kingdom, or at mutually agreed alternative locations within the Greater Manchester area as specified in the original service contract dated 01 September 2024.
