Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by a licensed Social Worker operating under the regulatory framework of the Republic of Iraq, specifically within the jurisdiction of Baghdad. Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Social Worker professional services rendered in Iraq Baghdad during the period specified above. The Social Worker, Ms. Layla Al-Rashid, is a registered practitioner with the Iraqi Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
2. All services were performed in compliance with Iraqi law, including the Personal Status Law, the Child Protection Act, and relevant municipal regulations governing social work practice in Baghdad.
