Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account of Jerusalem Community Social Services, Bank of Israel, Branch: Jerusalem Central, Account No. 010-123456-7, or by check payable to "Jerusalem Community Social Services." All amounts are denominated in New Israeli Shekels (NIS/ILS). A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance in accordance with the Israeli Late Payment Law (5761-2001). This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under Israeli tax law and must be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by the Israel Tax Authority.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
- All Social Worker services described in this Invoice were delivered in full compliance with the Social Work Law, 5728-1968, and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Services of the State of Israel.
- The Social Worker, Ms. Rachel Ben-Ami, holds a valid license issued by the Israeli Social Work Authority and operates under the supervision of the Jerusalem District Social Services Office.
- Client confidentiality is maintained in strict accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the professional ethical code of the Israel Association of Social Workers.
