Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, no later than 15 July 2025. The Social Worker services described in this invoice were rendered under the professional social work licence issued by the Myanmar Social Work Association and in compliance with the Social Welfare Law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Yangon Community Social Work Centre, CB Bank, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, Branch: Kamayut, Yangon. Please reference Invoice No. YSC-SW-2025-0487 in all correspondence and remittances.
A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. All services are subject to the professional code of ethics governing Social Workers practising in Myanmar.

All Social Worker services listed in this invoice were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards set forth by the Myanmar Social Work Association and the United Nations guidelines on social work practice in conflict-affected and disaster-prone regions of Myanmar.
