2. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.1% per day on the outstanding amount.
3. All software engineering services described herein are provided by qualified Software Engineers based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, with expertise in modern development practices.
4. Intellectual property rights for all developed software will be transferred to the client upon full payment of this invoice.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with jurisdiction in Almaty courts.
6. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a new invoice may be issued.
7. VAT is calculated at the standard rate of 12% as per Kazakhstan tax regulations for IT services.
