3. All rates quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at the standard UK rate of 20% as applicable to software engineering and IT consulting services.
4. Payment must be made in British Pounds (GBP). Any bank charges incurred during international transfers are the responsibility of the client.
5. All intellectual property rights for custom-developed software will transfer to the client upon full payment of this invoice, subject to the terms of the master services agreement.
6. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.
7. This invoice is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
