Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all Special Education Teacher services rendered during the month of June 2025 at the FEIC facilities located in Kinshasa, DR Congo. All services were delivered in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025 (Contract Ref: FEIC-SE-2025-003).
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to: Bank of the Congo (BCC), Account Name: Marie-Claire Mwamba, Account No. 0045-8821-3367-001, SWIFT: BCCOCDKK. Please reference Invoice Number INV-KIN-2025-00472 on all remittances.
All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as agreed upon in the contract. The Special Education Teacher is registered and licensed to practice in DR Congo Kinshasa under the Ministry of Education and Special Education regulations.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the governing Service Agreement.
2. All Special Education Teacher services described in this Invoice were performed in Kinshasa, DR Congo, and are subject to the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, particularly the Education Act and regulations governing inclusive and special education.
3. The Special Education Teacher warrants that all assessments, IEPs, and instructional materials provided meet the professional standards set by the DR Congo National Council for Special Education and align with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
4. Confidentiality: All student records, assessment data, and personal information handled by the Special Education Teacher in DR Congo Kinshasa are protected under applicable data privacy laws. No student-identifying information shall be disclosed without written parental consent.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through mediation in Kinshasa, DR Congo, before submission to the competent courts of the Commune de Gombe.
6. This Invoice constitutes a final accounting for the billing period. Any additional services rendered outside the scope of the Service Agreement will be invoiced separately with prior written approval from the client.
