Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment is to be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account below. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly surcharge in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.

Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers the services of a certified Special Education Teacher operating under the regulatory framework of the Egyptian Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Solidarity. All services were delivered in compliance with Egyptian law No. 10 of 2018 concerning persons with disabilities.
2. The Special Education Teacher named in this Invoice, Ms. Fatma Abdelrahman, holds a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Special Education Authority and has completed all required continuing education credits for the 2024/2025 academic year in Cairo.
3. All services described in this Invoice were performed at the client's premises in Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise noted. Travel and accommodation expenses for the Special Education Teacher are included in the stated rates.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Egypt Cairo.
5. A copy of this Invoice has been submitted to the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) electronic invoicing system in accordance with the e-invoicing mandate effective January 2025.
6. For any disputes regarding the services rendered by the Special Education Teacher or the amounts listed on this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Cairo before pursuing legal action in the competent courts of Egypt.
