Payment Terms & Notes
- Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice issue date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Iraqi commercial regulations.

- All services rendered by this Special Education Teacher are conducted in full compliance with the Iraqi Ministry of Education guidelines for special needs education and the Baghdad Directorate of Education operational standards.
- This Invoice covers all professional services delivered during the service period of May 2025. Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately with a supplementary invoice.
- The Special Education Teacher reserves the right to conduct follow-up consultations (up to 2 hours) at no additional cost within 30 days of the service period to address any questions from the Al-Noor Academy staff regarding the implemented programs.
- All student records, IEP documents, and behavioral reports prepared under this engagement remain the property of Al-Noor Special Needs Academy, Baghdad, and shall be maintained in accordance with Iraqi data protection and student privacy regulations.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts listed may be subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and cost adjustments in the Baghdad education sector.
