Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Special Education Teacher services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025 in the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan area. All services were delivered in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Law "On Education" (2007, as amended) and the National Standard for Inclusive Education.
2. The Special Education Teacher assigned to this contract holds a valid pedagogical license issued by the Almaty City Education Committee and a certified qualification in Special Education from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakhstan Almaty.
3. All diagnostic assessments and IEP documents referenced in this Invoice have been submitted to the Kazakhstan Almaty Regional Inclusive Education Center by 05 June 2025. Digital copies are available upon request.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Payment must be received in full by the due date to avoid late payment penalties as stipulated in the master service agreement (Contract No. AIES-MSA-2025-003) between the parties.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding the services described in this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through the Almaty City Arbitration Court, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Kazakhstan commercial law.
6. This Invoice does not constitute a final settlement of all accounts. Additional Special Education Teacher services rendered in June 2025 will be invoiced separately under Invoice No. AIES-2025-0052.
