Terms & Conditions – Invoice Payment
- This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account specified below.
- All services described in this Invoice were rendered by the Special Education Teacher in full compliance with the Kuwait Ministry of Education regulations governing special and inclusive education in Kuwait City.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
- This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for the service period of 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025. Any additional services beyond the contracted scope will be invoiced separately.
- The Special Education Teacher reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the due date.
- All student records, IEP documents, and assessment reports remain the property of Al-Nahda Private School, Kuwait City. The Special Education Teacher shall maintain confidentiality in accordance with Kuwaiti data protection standards.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued.
