Important Notes
1. This Invoice covers all Special Education Teacher professional services delivered at the Myanmar Yangon campus of Shwe Thazin Special Needs Academy during the period of January 2025 through June 2025.
2. All services were conducted in compliance with the Myanmar Ministry of Education Special Education Policy and the Yangon Regional Education Directorate guidelines for inclusive education.
3. The Special Education Teacher services include but are not limited to: individualized instruction, behavioral intervention, assistive technology support, parent engagement, and inter-agency coordination for students with special educational needs in Myanmar Yangon.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax rate changes in Myanmar.
5. All student records, IEP documents, and assessment reports generated as part of these Special Education Teacher services remain the property of Shwe Thazin Special Needs Academy, Myanmar Yangon.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation under the Myanmar Arbitration Law before pursuing legal action in the Yangon District Court.
