Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any undisputed balance after the due date of 30 June 2025 shall be subject to applicable late payment penalties.
- All services rendered by the Special Education Teacher were conducted in full compliance with the Nigerian Council for Professional Teachers (NCPT) code of conduct and the Lagos State Education Sector Reform Strategy.
- The Special Education Teacher holds a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Lagos and is registered with the Nigerian Council for Special Education (NCSE). All professional certifications are current and verifiable.
- Services were delivered across schools located in the Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island, and Lekki administrative areas of Nigeria Lagos. Travel and transportation costs are included in the rates specified above.
- This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of June 2025. Any additional services requested outside the scope of the original contract will be invoiced separately.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 7 business days of receipt. Failure to do so shall be construed as acceptance of the charges.
- Bright Futures Inclusive Education Centre is a registered non-profit organization operating under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 in Nigeria Lagos.
