This Invoice is issued by the above-registered Speech Therapist operating in South Africa Cape Town in accordance with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) regulations and the National Health Act. All speech therapy services rendered are covered under the professional fee schedule effective from 1 January 2025.

- Medical Aid: This Invoice may be submitted to your medical aid scheme for reimbursement. A detailed itemised statement is available upon request. The Speech Therapist in South Africa Cape Town accepts all major medical aid providers including Discovery, Bonitas, Momentum, and Medihelp.
- Payment Deadline: Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments may incur a 10% administrative surcharge as per the terms of service agreed upon at the initial consultation.
- Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed at 50% of the standard rate. The Speech Therapist reserves the right to adjust the treatment plan based on clinical progress.
- Confidentiality: All patient records, assessment reports, and therapy notes are maintained in strict confidence in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
