Payment Terms & Important Notes
Payment Due: This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date, i.e., by 30 June 2025. Late payments may incur a monthly interest charge of 10% as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.

Medical Aid Claims: The Speech Therapist has submitted the relevant clinical documentation to Discovery Health on behalf of the client. The client is responsible for any co-payment or shortfall not covered by the medical aid scheme. All services are billed in accordance with the SAHPRA and HPCSA fee schedules applicable in South Africa, Johannesburg.
Service Continuity: Should payment not be received by the due date, the Speech Therapist reserves the right to suspend ongoing therapy sessions until the outstanding balance is cleared.
