Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Article 30).
Insurance Reimbursement: The Speech Therapist in Turkey Istanbul has submitted a pre-authorization claim to your insurer. The attached clinical report and this Invoice should be forwarded to your insurance provider for the remaining 80% coverage. The client is responsible for the 20% co-payment and deductible noted above.
Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed at 50% of the session rate. This policy is outlined in the initial treatment agreement signed at the Turkey Istanbul clinic.
