1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Statistician between January 2025 and June 2025 in Afghanistan Kabul. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts itemized above.
2. All statistical models, datasets, and analytical code produced by the Statistician during the engagement period remain the intellectual property of the client, Ministry of Statistics and Information, Afghanistan Kabul, upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. The Statistician warrants that all methodologies employed conform to international standards set by the International Association for Statistical Computing (IASC) and the United Nations Statistics Division guidelines.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the arbitration panel established in Kabul, Afghanistan, in accordance with the commercial arbitration law of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Statistician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated terms.
