Late payments on this Invoice shall incur statutory interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Article 5.31), calculated from the day following the due date until the date of actual payment.
In the event of a dispute regarding the scope or quality of the statistical services rendered, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should this prove unsuccessful, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court of Belgium Brussels, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Belgian civil and commercial law.

In the event of any discrepancy between the services described herein and the actual work performed, the Statistician shall issue a corrected Invoice within five (5) business days, and the original Invoice shall be deemed void upon issuance of the corrected document.
