Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Service Agreement executed on March 20, 2025, between Guangzhou Statistical Analytics Co., Ltd. (the Statistician's employing entity) and the Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission for the provision of professional statistical consulting services in China Guangzhou.
2. All statistical analyses performed by the Statistician comply with the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China data handling regulations and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) effective November 1, 2021.
3. The Statistician warrants that all methodologies, models, and findings presented in the deliverables are accurate to the best of professional judgment and conform to international statistical standards as recognized by the International Statistical Institute (ISI).
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in accordance with its rules of procedure. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying contract is the law of the People's Republic of China.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period of April 1 through June 14, 2025. No additional charges shall be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment to the Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
