2. All statistical analyses, models, and reports delivered under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with client written consent.
3. Data confidentiality is strictly maintained in accordance with the DR Congo Data Protection Law (Loi n°18/023 du 20 décembre 2018). All raw datasets are stored on encrypted servers located in Kinshasa.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with applicable national legislation.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current exchange rates and applicable tax adjustments will be issued.
6. The Statistician warrants that all methodologies employed conform to international standards set by the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) and the African Union Statistics Agency (AfStat).
