Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date by bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
- All statistical work performed by the Statistician under this engagement is subject to strict confidentiality as defined in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed on 28 March 2025. No data, models, or analytical outputs shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Provence Biomedical Research Institute.
