- This Invoice is valid for payment within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as per Iranian commercial law.
- All statistical work performed by the Statistician is confidential. The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary data, models, and analytical outputs delivered under this engagement.
- The Statistician warrants that all analyses were conducted with professional diligence, using validated statistical software and methodologies accepted by the Iranian statistical and pharmaceutical regulatory community in Tehran.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Statistician's registered account at Bank Melli Iran, Tehran branch. The Invoice number must be referenced in the payment memo.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of services rendered. No additional charges beyond those itemized herein shall be invoiced for the engagement period specified.
- The Statistician reserves the right to publish anonymized methodological findings in peer-reviewed journals, provided that no client-identifiable data is disclosed.
